Return and Refund Policy

At Inara charms , we pride ourselves on providing high-quality jewellery to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and so we have we have the following policy in place:

– All sales are final, so we don’t offer returns or refunds for any reason, including change of mind.
– However, if you receive a defective item or an item that doesn’t match your order, we’ll gladly offer an exchange.
– Just reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp on 9873015292 or send us a direct message on Instagram.
– Make sure to include a clear unboxing video and photo of the item along with the reason for the exchange.
– We’ll arrange for a pickup of the wrong item and send you the correct one ASAP.
– Remember, exchanges are only available for defective items or items that don’t match your order. We don’t do returns or refunds. 😊

Once the product is received , amount will be refunded in 3-4 days
